Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Assist with network and system administration tasks
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
