Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic IT team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Assist with network and system administration tasks
  • Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other IT tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Education:

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
