Position: Deployment Lead

About Fortinet

The Fortinet training department is responsible for the delivery of world class training programs to its customers. The training department is part of the Fortinet Marketing Group and as such training is considered an integral part of the Fortinet brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of User Awareness and Training, you will be the prime for all deployment activities related to deployment of Fortinet InfoSec Awareness services. Responsibilities will include the following:

• • Deployment process definition: Work with various groups within the training department to define the overall deployment process (and continue to refine the processes to meet the business needs; • • Training: Train deployment engineers and ensure adherence to processes and requirements; • • Reporting: Develop, produce and distribute reports as required, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the deployment team; • • Knowledge Base: Create a Knowledge Base to assist with training the deployment team and support of customers: • • Tools and Methodologies: Continual research and implementation of appropriate tools and methodologies to ensure effective, scalable and efficient deployment processes are maintained: and • Customer Deployments: Lead deployment of InfoSec Awareness Services
What you bring to Fortinet:

You will bring proven and demonstrate the following:

• holding leadership roles (+5 years) and 10+ years of working experience within Customer Deployment/Support departments; • Working knowledge of cyber security and networking concepts, including multi-factor, single sign and LDAP integration; • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills; • Ability to work with various internal teams across the organization to achieve desired objectives; and • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail multi-tasking skills
